About Us

Laura O’Donnell – Founder & Director

I’ve worked in property for over 15 years and founded Long Stays Edinburgh to bring a more personal, people-first approach to property management. As a qualified ARLA Propertymark professional and trained inventory clerk, I treat every property as if it were my own, building trust and making sure everything runs smoothly for landlords and tenants alike.

Kris Falconer – Maintenance Manager

At Long Stays Edinburgh, I take a hands-on approach to keeping every property in great shape. With years of experience in property maintenance—and as a landlord myself—I understand how important it is to look after homes properly and keep tenants happy. Whether it’s a quick repair or regular upkeep, I’m always focused on making sure everything runs smoothly and to a high standard.
